I founded Qualexec in 2021, during the pandemic, with a deeply personal purpose: to help professionals in our community find meaningful work and continue supporting their families during an uncertain time.
What began as an effort to create opportunities has grown into a company grounded in quality, integrity, empathy, and dependable execution. I have seen firsthand how the right opportunity can restore confidence, create stability, and open the door to long-term growth—not only for individuals, but for the businesses they serve.

– Sheila Pornan, Founder & Managing Director
Sheila Joy Pornan founded Qualexec and brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance, data analytics, sales development, and contact-center leadership.
Throughout her career, Sheila has led quality teams, built practical QA frameworks, analyzed CSAT and Voice of Customer insights, and improved processes behind stronger customer experiences. Her work is guided by a balance of data-driven thinking, clear communication, and genuine care for both clients and the people delivering the work.
In 2021, during the pandemic, Sheila founded Qualexec with a meaningful purpose: to create work opportunities for skilled professionals in her community and help them continue supporting their families. What began as a response to a difficult moment has grown into a company committed to quality, opportunity, and dependable partnership.
Today, Sheila leads Qualexec with the belief that exceptional results begin with capable people, well-designed processes, and a commitment to doing every task with care. For her, quality is more than a standard—it is the foundation of exceptional execution.
